Anita Ankeli
I build businesses,
brands and spaces.
I work across a few different fields, not because I can’t choose one, but because I like solving problems from more than one angle.
Impact
Proof that the work adds up.
A decade of building structure across industries, measured in outcomes rather than tasks.
Commercial Impact
In client revenue influenced
Across hospitality, commercial marketing, digital projects and business growth work.
Businesses and organisations supported
Across multiple industries, at every stage of growth.
Commercial campaigns and launches delivered
Built to grow visibility, demand and customer acquisition.
People & Performance
Recruitment and leadership hiring projects
Putting the right people into the roles that matter most.
Candidates assessed and evaluated
Protecting the quality of every hire through structured process.
Teams built and strengthened
Through hiring designed for long term performance, not just headcount.
Systems & Digital
Businesses given a stronger digital presence
Websites designed and launched to convert, not just to exist.
Business systems and workflows developed
So operations run dependably, without constant founder involvement.
Learning experiences designed
To improve real performance and capability, not just transfer knowledge.
Building across disciplines
One way of working, applied to very different problems.
Business & Ventures
Building and running companies, from strategy and operations to founding ventures of my own.
Organisations & Brands
Recruitment, websites, digital systems, marketing and commercial video that help organisations run well and show up well.
Learning & Growth
Training, learning design and LMS content that turns knowledge into something people can actually use.
Meet Anita
I started in one profession and quietly outgrew it.
What connects everything I do isn’t an industry. It’s a way of thinking, and a habit of building things properly. There’s more to that story.
Problems I Solve
Different symptoms. The same root.
Most of what a business calls a hiring, marketing or technology problem is a structure problem in disguise. These are the ones I get brought in for.
Hiring the wrong people
Roles filled fast and regretted slowly, because nothing clearly defined what success in the role actually required.
Training that doesn’t change behaviour
Knowledge gets transferred but performance stays the same, because the learning was never built into how people really work.
Websites that don’t convert
A site that looks the part but is not structured to move anyone toward a decision.
Marketing without direction
Activity that creates noise instead of demand, because there is no system underneath it.
Operations that depend on the founder
A business that only works when you are in the room. That is the ceiling, and the risk.
Brands that don’t communicate trust
Real credibility that never makes it onto the page, so the right clients never feel it.
Spaces that work against the business
A property or interior that undercuts the experience it should create, when the space itself could be building trust and bringing in revenue.
Great work that no one sees
A business doing excellent work that stays invisible, because its spaces, story and results were never captured and shown the way they deserve.
Selected work
The proof is in the work, not the words.
The Projects page gathers selected work across commercial content, website development, recruitment, learning design, digital marketing, and interior and property projects.
Results & reflections
What the work has actually done.
Not testimonials. A few real outcomes, in plain terms.
Hospitality marketing
Helped reposition an eighteen room hotel through commercial content and digital marketing, contributing to increased occupancy and stronger monthly revenue.
Recruitment
Supported businesses in hiring operational teams and leadership roles through structured recruitment processes built for long term success.
Learning & performance
Designed learning programmes, onboarding experiences and performance support resources focused on practical workplace application.
In their words
Trusted by the people I’ve built with.
The clearest proof isn’t what I say about the work. It’s what the people I’ve built it for say about the difference it made.
Hospitality & Business Growth
“
When we first reached out to Anita, we knew the hotel wasn’t performing, but we didn’t know what to do. She didn’t jump straight into execution. She first took the time to evaluate the business and gave us practical advice on what needed to change. That advice became the foundation for everything that followed.
She rebuilt our website, completely transformed our online presence, handled our commercial photography and videography, took over our social media, and managed our advertising campaigns. The difference was remarkable. We went from struggling to attract guests to having the hotel constantly fully booked.
What impressed me most wasn’t just the marketing. It was her ability to understand the business itself and recommend solutions that actually worked. She became much more than a service provider; she became someone we trusted whenever we needed to make business decisions.

The commercial content Anita created completely changed how we presented our business. The videos and photography made the hotel look the way it deserved to be seen, and they became an important part of attracting new guests. She understands that content isn’t just about looking good; it’s about helping a business grow.

Website Development
“
We needed a website but honestly didn’t know where to begin, what needed to be put on it, or the structure the website should take. Anita guided us through the entire process. She asked the right questions, understood what we were trying to achieve, and translated our ideas into a website that represented our business far better than we imagined.
She wasn’t just building pages. She was thinking about how people would experience our brand and how the website would support our business. The process felt organised from start to finish, and the final result exceeded our expectations.

Recruitment & HR
“
Recruitment had become frustrating for us. We needed someone who could understand exactly what the role required instead of simply sending CVs.
Anita took the time to understand our business before beginning the search. The person she recommended turned out to be one of the best hiring decisions we made. The quality of the process gave us confidence, and we’ve continued recommending her to other business owners because we trust her judgement.

Working With Anita
“
One thing I’ve always appreciated about working with Anita is that she doesn’t simply do what she’s asked. She thinks about the bigger picture.
She identifies problems we haven’t noticed, asks questions we hadn’t considered, and recommends solutions that improve the business as a whole. That level of strategic thinking is difficult to find.

Working with Anita always feels organised. Every project has structure, clear communication, and a process that gives you confidence from the beginning. She’s thoughtful, dependable, and genuinely committed to doing quality work. That combination makes her incredibly easy to work with.

Assess your own business.
The clearest way to understand how I think is to put it to work on your own business. Each audit is a short, honest diagnostic that shows where your structure is strong and where it quietly costs you. Take the one that fits what you are facing.
