Learning Program Roadmap
A single-page roadmap mapping a learner’s journey from entry to independent performance.
What it is
A visual roadmap that lays out a learning programme across four stages, from onboarding and role clarity, through applied learning and on-the-job reinforcement, to performance measurement and exit criteria.
Why, when, and what it solves
Why I created it
To show how learning can be built into the flow of work, reinforced on the job, and measured against real business standards, rather than treated as a one-off event.
When to use it
When designing onboarding or leadership development programmes, to plan the whole journey before building any content.
The problem it solves
It addresses slow ramp up, low retention and inconsistent performance by making sure learning is applied, reinforced and measured, not just delivered.
