What it is
A dashboard concept that brings together the signals showing whether learning is changing behaviour: engagement, assessment performance, on-the-job application and business outcomes, in one place.
Why, when, and what it solves
Why I created it
Most learning reporting stops at completion, which says nothing about impact. I built this to keep the focus on whether a programme is actually working.
When to use it
After a programme launches, to monitor how it is performing and decide where to refine it.
The problem it solves
It turns learning from an activity that is simply completed into a system that can be measured and improved.
